Terms and Conditions 888v — Platform Usage Rules

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services offered by the 888v via email at 888v.cash and its mobile applications. Services include Sports Betting, live betting, Live Casino with real dealers, poker, blackjack, jackpots, slots, crash games, and other entertainment products available on the platform.

888v is an online entertainment platform designed exclusively for Brazilian users aged 18 and over. All operations are conducted in Brazilian reais (BRL) and the available payment methods are those used in Brazil: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers through Brazilian financial institutions such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling of 888v, which form an integral part of this document.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use 888v's services, the user must:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident and hold a valid CPF;
• Not be temporarily or permanently self-excluded from the platform;
• Act on your own behalf, without representing third parties;
• Not using 888v's services for illegal purposes or money laundering.

888v reserves the right to request proof of identity and residency documentation at any time, in accordance with KYC (Know Your Customer) rules and anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the suspension of account access and withdrawals.

3. Your 888v Account

Each user may register one account only on 888v. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual, even with different emails, CPFs, or personal details, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in:

• Immediate suspension or closure of all associated accounts;
• Cancellation of all bonuses and winnings obtained through the duplicate accounts;
• Balance retention for fraud investigation.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out using your credentials. 888v recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account security settings. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Accounts registered with false or third-party information will be closed and balances held pending the outcome of any investigation.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

888v accepts the following deposit methods exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$):

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, every day, with instant credit;
• Boleto bancário — settlement within 1 business day;
• Credit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
• Debit card — Visa and Mastercard;
• PicPay — credited within 30 minutes;
• Mercado Pago — credited within 30 minutes;
• TED Bank Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no defined maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional verification in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

888v does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user.

Deposits made using a payment method not registered to the account, or sent from a third party, will be returned to the sender. 888v does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person.

5. Withdrawals and Processing Times

Withdrawals at 888v are processed exclusively via Pix and TED to bank accounts held in the account holder's own name. Processing time is up to 5 minutes for Pix withdrawals after the request is approved.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The user must have completed the identity verification process (KYC) with a valid photo ID;
• The balance available for withdrawal must come from your own deposits or winnings from bets and games — bonus credits without a completed rollover cannot be withdrawn;
• Withdrawals requested following suspicious activity may be held for review for up to 72 hours;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00.

888v reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing high-value withdrawals, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and Banco Central do Brasil guidelines.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Bets placed at 888v are final once confirmed by the system. Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except in the cases provided for in these Terms. 888v offers pre-game and live betting for the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, MMA and UFC, NBB, volleyball, and all other sports available on the platform.

All bets are settled based on the official result announced by the organization responsible for the event. Results altered by appeals, court rulings, or decisions made after bets have been paid out do not affect settlements already processed by 888v.

888v reserves the right to suspend markets, correct odds containing a manifest error, and cancel bets in situations involving technical errors or clearly incorrect pricing. In the event of a cancellation, the wagered amount is refunded in full.

6.1 Live Betting

Live betting on 888v is available throughout sporting events, with odds updated in real time. 888v may temporarily suspend live markets at critical moments in the event (goal, card, injury, substitution), and bets placed during that interval may be accepted or declined depending on the system's state. Bets confirmed by the system with the acceptance icon are valid regardless of when they were submitted.

6.2 Cancellations & Postponements

If an event is cancelled before it begins, bets are voided and stakes refunded. If an event is postponed to a date within 72 hours of the original scheduled time, pre-game bets remain valid. Postponements beyond that period result in bet cancellation and refunds. Brasileirão or Copa do Brasil matches suspended after kick-off with fewer than 90 minutes played may have bets voided in accordance with the specific policy for each market.

7. Casino, Poker & Slots

888v's casino games, poker, blackjack, slots, progressive jackpots, and crash games use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent international auditors, ensuring fair and tamper-proof results. Live game outcomes with real dealers are determined in real time during live video sessions.

888v is not liable for connection drops during gaming sessions. If a hand of poker, a slots spin, or a live casino round is interrupted due to a confirmed technical failure on 888v's end, the session will be reconstructed or the wagered amount refunded. Connection failures on the user's end are not the responsibility of 888v.

Poker bets are placed between players on the platform. 888v acts as the facilitator and collects a rake (commission) on pots, as published in the poker section of the platform. Weekly freerolls with prizes in BRL are offered at no entry cost to users with an active account.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

888v offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free bets, freerolls, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own rules, deadlines, and wagering requirements, which are published on each offer's page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 applies to the first deposit and requires a rollover of 5x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1,50;
• Bonuses may only be used once per person, address, IP, device, or household;
• Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward bonus rollover;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts;
• The deadline to meet the rollover requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is granted — unused bonuses after this period are removed automatically;
• Accumulator (combo) bets may count toward the rollover provided all selections have minimum odds of 1.50 each;
• 888v reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion with 48 hours' notice published on the platform.

9. Responsible Gambling

888v takes responsible gambling seriously. The platform provides the following tools, accessible directly in your account settings with no need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly, set by the user themselves;
• Loss limit — maximum loss amount per period, set by the user;
• Session Time Control — alerts and automatic disconnection after a set period of time;
• Temporary Self-Exclusion — suspension from 1 day to 6 months, activated immediately;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — permanent account closure, irreversible once confirmed;
• Betting and transaction history — full access to your complete activity history on the platform.

10. Conduct and Prohibited Use

By using 888v, you agree not to engage in any of the following actions:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent limits;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to hack, overload, or compromise the security of 888v's systems;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate poker or casino outcomes;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities;
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party;
• Using the platform on behalf of another person;
• Placing bets using privileged knowledge of the outcome of sporting events.

888v actively monitors suspicious usage patterns. Accounts identified with fraudulent behavior will be suspended, any irregularly obtained winnings will be voided, and the incident may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.

11. Privacy and LGPD

888v collects, stores, and processes users' personal data in compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (Lei n.º 13.709/2018 — LGPD). The information collected is used exclusively for:

• User account creation and management;
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals;
• Identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention;

12. Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through 888v support via live chat or email. Following voluntary closure:

• The available balance (excluding bonuses without completed rollover) will be returned to the user via Pix within 5 business days, following a compliance review;
• Pending bets will be settled as normal and any winnings credited before the account is closed;
• Personal data will be retained for the period required by law for audit and regulatory compliance purposes.

888v may unilaterally close or suspend accounts in the event of a breach of these Terms. In cases of closure due to proven fraud, balances and winnings may be held during the investigation and, in serious cases, returned to the original deposit method after deducting losses incurred by 888v.

13. Limitation of Liability

888v provides its services on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated with at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. 888v is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions;
• Service interruptions caused by internet failures, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events;
• Any taxes owed on winnings obtained on the platform — tax liability rests entirely with the user in accordance with Brazilian tax law;
• Indirect damages, loss of profits, or moral damages arising from the use of the platform, except as expressly provided under Brazilian consumer protection law.

In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds or payouts, 888v reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate the affected bets. Users who placed bets with knowledge of the error will not be entitled to the incorrect payout.

14. Changes to Terms

888v may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 7 days in advance by registered email and in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
